چکیده

This study reported that the sample used in was an infusion using fresh coriander leaves samples taken Lubuk Pakam area. Several studies have shown active components of seeds are essential oils such as sabiene, myrcene, alphaterpine, ocimene, linalool, graniol, decanal, desilaldehyde, trantridecen, petroselinic acid, octadesenic d-mannite, scopoletin, psimena, kamfena and felandren. These cause to a good effect medicinal component. In previous studies, Linalool is believed antioxidant, anxiety, antibacterial (especially gram-positive) antifungal effects. activity suspected because contains secondary metabolites alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, tannins, steroids, triterpenoids, glycosides. So this research conducted determine content by phytochemical screening. Phytochemical screening test class chemical compounds present leaf samples. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis performed find isolating leaves. The results showed one metabolite compound negative examining steroid metabolites. extract assistance with FTIR presence saponins molecular weight 873.0 g/mol at retention time 19,287 minutes, but peaks produced were not dominant.
